SC Johnson is offering a $5 rebate when you buy 3 of their products. You can send in up to 3 rebates for a total of $15 back. You must send in each request separately, so you must have the items on separate receipts. Click here for the rebate form.
Read the form over thoroughly to make sure you understand all of the details. The items must be purchased from 10/1/09 - 6/30/10, so check your October receipts for the brands listed on the rebate form.
