Pinching Your Pennies has their printable shopping list that correlates with this weeks Albertsons ad.
The list includes any coupons that can be used in conjunction with the sale items. Newspaper coupons are listed as $1/1 (10/31/09) SS-6/21. The means that the coupon is good for $1 off 1 item with the expiration date of 10/31/09 and is found in the Smart Source insert from the 6/21 newspaper.
On the left side of the list is a column indicating how good the sale/coupon price is. Three stars indicates a commonly found price on an item, while four and five stars indicate a price to stock up on the item.
The sale this week is a little dissappointing. Some weeks they have really good sales, but this week there isn't much to get excited about.
